1. INTRODUCTION
This Practitioner Licence Agreement sets out the terms under which certified graduates of Yes I Can Method programmes may use our intellectual property, branding, certification titles and related materials.
By completing certification and/or using any Yes I Can Method branding, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement operates in addition to:
- Terms of Business
- Student Agreement
- Privacy Policy
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this Agreement:
“Practitioner” means any individual who has completed a Yes I Can Method certification programme.
“Intellectual Property” means all materials, methods, frameworks, training content, manuals, scripts, recordings, systems and methodologies owned by Rebecca Lockwood Consultancy Ltd.
“Brand Assets” means logos, badges, certification titles, trademarks, visual identity and marketing materials.
3. GRANT OF LICENCE
Upon successful certification, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to:
- Use your certification title (e.g. NLP Practitioner, Yes I Can Method Practitioner)
- State that you are certified by Yes I Can Method in the relevant programme
- Use approved certification badges provided to you
- Apply techniques learned within your own coaching, mentoring or client work
This licence is granted for professional use only and remains subject to compliance with this Agreement.
4. PERMITTED USE
You MAY:
- Describe yourself as a certified practitioner of your completed programme
- Use techniques taught within your own coaching or client work
- Display certification badges issued by us
- Reference your certification in marketing materials accurately and truthfully
You must always ensure that your representation of your qualification is honest, accurate and not misleading.
5. RESTRICTED USE
You MUST NOT:
- Claim to be a trainer, teacher, master trainer or representative of Yes I Can Method unless explicitly authorised in writing
- Deliver, teach or certify others in any Yes I Can Method methodology
- Copy, reproduce or repurpose our training materials
- Create derivative courses based on our intellectual property
- Share manuals, recordings or training content with third parties
- Rebrand our frameworks or present them as your own
- Modify certification titles in a way that misrepresents your qualification
- Use our brand in a way that implies endorsement beyond certification
6. BRAND USAGE RULES
You may use approved certification badges provided by us.
You must NOT:
- Alter logos, badges or branding materials
- Create your own version of Yes I Can Method branding
- Register or attempt to register any similar trademarks, names or domains
- Use branding in a way that suggests ownership or partnership beyond certification
All brand usage must remain aligned with official guidelines provided.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
All Intellectual Property remains the sole property of Rebecca Lockwood Consultancy Ltd.
No ownership rights are transferred to you at any time.
This includes:
- Training systems
- Coaching frameworks
- NLP methodologies
- Hypnotherapy scripts
- Time Line Therapy® processes
- Manuals and workbooks
- Videos and audio content
- Certification systems
8. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
As a certified practitioner, you agree to:
- Operate ethically and professionally
- Represent your certification honestly
- Maintain confidentiality where required
- Avoid behaviour that could damage the reputation of Yes I Can Method
We reserve the right to investigate any complaints regarding practitioner conduct.
9. MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE
We reserve the right to review:
- Practitioner marketing materials
- Use of certification titles
- Use of branding and badges
- Public representation of qualification
If misuse is identified, we may require immediate corrective action.
10. REVOCATION OF LICENCE
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your licence if you:
- Breach this Agreement
- Misuse Intellectual Property or branding
- Misrepresent your qualification
- Deliver unauthorised training or certification
- Bring the brand into disrepute
- Engage in unethical or unlawful behaviour
Upon revocation, you must immediately stop using all branding, certification titles and related materials.
11. NO PARTNERSHIP OR EMPLOYMENT
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- A partnership
- A joint venture
- An employment relationship
- An agency relationship
You are an independent practitioner at all times.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- How you use your certification in your business
- Your business performance or income
- Client outcomes
- Marketing claims you make independently
You are fully responsible for your professional practice.
13. TERM AND TERMINATION
This licence remains active as long as:
- You remain in good standing
- You comply with this Agreement
- You do not breach any associated policies
We may terminate this licence immediately upon breach.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
