1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By enrolling in any Yes I Can Method certification programme, including but not limited to:

  • NLP Practitioner
  • NLP Master Practitioner
  • Time Line Therapy® Practitioner
  • Hypnotherapy Practitioner
  • EFT Practitioner
  • Breakthrough Coaching Certification
  • Yes I Can Method Practitioner
  • Yes I Can Method Master Practitioner

you agree to be bound by this Student Agreement, along with our Terms of Business, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. PURPOSE OF TRAINING

This programme is an educational and professional development training designed to teach coaching, communication, mindset and therapeutic techniques.

It is not a medical, psychological or psychiatric service.

Completion of this training does not guarantee employment, income, client results or business success.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be emotionally and mentally able to participate in training
  • Take responsibility for their own wellbeing during the programme
  • Inform us of any relevant support needs where appropriate

We reserve the right to decline or pause participation where it is deemed necessary for safeguarding, group safety or programme integrity.

4. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To achieve certification, students must:

  • Attend all required training sessions
  • Participate fully in practical exercises
  • Demonstrate competency in required techniques
  • Complete any assessments or evaluations
  • Meet programme standards as determined by the training team

If a student does not meet the required standard:

  • Additional training may be recommended
  • Reassessment opportunities may be offered
  • Certification may be delayed until standards are met

We do not refuse certification arbitrarily; however, certification is only awarded when required competencies are demonstrated.

5. ATTENDANCE

Attendance is mandatory for certification.

If a student is unable to attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances:

  • They may request to transfer to a future cohort
  • At least 30 days’ notice must be given where reasonably possible
  • Transfers are subject to availability
  • Only one transfer is permitted per booking unless otherwise agreed

6. STUDENT CONDUCT

Students agree to behave in a respectful, professional and responsible manner at all times.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any student who:

  • Harasses or bullies others
  • Disrupts training or group dynamics
  • Breaches confidentiality
  • Misuses training materials
  • Engages in inappropriate or unethical behaviour
  • Brings the programme or business into disrepute
  • Fails to comply with payment obligations

Removal from the programme may result in loss of access without refund.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Students agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Other students
  • Case studies shared in training
  • Personal disclosures made in sessions
  • Group discussions

Confidentiality must be respected both during and after the programme.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training materials remain the intellectual property of Rebecca Lockwood Consultancy Ltd.

This includes:

  • Manuals
  • Workbooks
  • Videos
  • Audio content
  • Training frameworks
  • Scripts
  • Techniques and methodologies
  • Certification materials

Students are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own learning and client work.

Students agree that they will NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute materials
  • Share materials with third parties
  • Record training sessions
  • Teach or certify others in our methodologies
  • Rebrand or resell our content
  • Create derivative training programmes based on our intellectual property

9. PRACTITIONER USE OF MATERIALS

Upon certification, students may:

  • Use techniques learned with their own coaching clients
  • Describe themselves as certified in the relevant programme
  • Use approved certification badges where provided

Students may NOT imply that they are trainers, representatives or licensors of Yes I Can Method unless explicitly authorised in writing.

10. RECORDINGS

Training sessions may be recorded.

By participating, you consent to being recorded where applicable.

Students must not record sessions themselves without written permission.

Where recordings are provided, access is granted for personal educational use only.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee:

  • Business success
  • Income levels
  • Client results
  • Personal transformation outcomes
  • Employment opportunities

Results depend on individual application, experience and circumstances.

12. HEALTH & WELLBEING DISCLAIMER

This programme is educational only and does not replace:

  • Medical advice
  • Psychological treatment
  • Psychiatric care
  • Therapy or diagnosis

Students are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebecca Lockwood Consultancy Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss of income
  • Business interruption
  • Personal decisions made during or after training
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Participation is at your own responsibility.

14. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

Where a payment plan is selected:

  • You are committing to the full programme fee
  • All payments remain due regardless of participation
  • Access may be suspended for non-payment
  • Certification may be withheld until payment is complete

15. PROGRAMME CHANGES

We reserve the right to:

  • Update training content
  • Change delivery methods
  • Substitute trainers
  • Adjust schedules where necessary

Any changes will not materially reduce the overall value of the programme.

16. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access if:

  • Terms are breached
  • Behaviour is inappropriate
  • Payments are not maintained
  • Programme integrity is compromised

No refund will be issued where termination is due to breach of this agreement.

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
