You started your coaching business because you wanted the freedom to choose what to do and when.

You wanted the choice in all areas of your life. 

You didn’t want to be dictated to and you wanted to do something you love and that makes a difference in the world. 

The ability to choose what you do each day, who you speak to, if you leave the house or not (I love being at home, especially in the winter) 

You’ve found yourself in a place where you have either stalled in your coaching business or you are burning yourself out trying to fit all your 1:1 clients in and you have no more time to give.

Time is so important and we cannot really put money on time because you cannot get it back. 

To seriously scale your coaching business you need to work out how to work less but also help more people. 

You may have already started to try and implement this but it hasn’t gone to plan and the reasons could be anything from limiting beliefs stopping you and holding you back to not having the right solution to your clients problems. 

When it comes to scaling your coaching business the best thing you can focus on is a group coaching program. A group coaching program will support you to be able to work with many more people at once and still only spend the same amount of time working. 

It can still give you a high touch point with your clients at the same time as giving them what they need and providing the solution to their problem. 

When I went from working with people 1:1 to my group programs it took me to 6-figures within my coaching business. It did this because I was able to scale it. 

It wasn’t a straightforward road and I did talk myself out of releasing group programs so many times, not being clear on all of the steps I needed to take to make it a success and sabotaging my efforts so many times. 

After many tears and frustrations I did make it work and finally pushed through my limitations and limiting beliefs about why I couldn’t do it. There were so many. 

This led me to reach £10k months and then £20k months and then £100k months too. Doing it all whilst honing in on my skills and my passions in coaching. 

It’s time for you to step it up a notch and think about why you haven’t yet got to where you want to go yet.
