So many people have come to me and mentioned they have a real fear around being judged of what other people think about them. So many people have mentioned they fear about being judged, they fear about what people may think about them, and they stop taking action on the things that they want to achieve, the things that they want to do.

Sometimes it feels like a locked up barrier towards taking action on the things that you want to do in your life, whether that’s wearing the same outfit, whether that’s starting a new business, whether that’s going somewhere or working towards something or changing your job.

I have experienced this as well. When I first started out this business four years ago, I had a massive fear about being judged and a massive fear of doing these live videos. I really felt really fearful of doing videos and doing live videos and was really scared that people will judge me. I know firsthand from my experience how this feels, so not only I have overcome this, I also support my clients and my students to overcome this and there’s really simple way that you can do this.

There are a lot of different things that I teach to overcome the fear or being judged and fear in general but this is really quick and if you implement it, you can get results straight away.

1. Understand what is the fear. You can ask yourself, “Why do I have this fear?” “Why am I fearful of being judged?” I want you to ask yourself these questions.

2. Write a list of all the reasons why you have this fear. It doesn’t matter how silly it might feel, it doesn’t matter how silly it might sound, just write down all of them.

3. Go through each thing in that list, how big or small the list is. Go through them one by one and just naturally say the words, “I see you, I love you, I release you.”

So if this fear is something that’s holding you back from taking action on something on a daily basis, follow through this process every single day until there are no more things, until there no more things on that list, until you got no more things to write, or until you’re taking the action subconsciously and consciously without even realizing you’re doing it.
